KIZEN FORCE 2.0 is a kind of solid hot melt adhesive specially designed for folding and sealing all kinds of cardboard cartons and corrugated cartons.
Instructions for use
- Recommended operating temperature: 130-180℃
The viscosity and curing speed of KIZEN FORCE 2.0 during gluing can be adjusted by temperature, and the use temperature can be selected according to the actual situation of the production line. It is recommended that the temperature of use in winter is 5-10℃ higher than that in summer;
- KIZEN FORCE 2.0 shall not be mixed with other brands of hot melt adhesive;
- After adding material to the hot melt glue tank, the cover of the glue tank should be closed immediately to prevent external pollution;
- If the production line is temporarily shut down for more than 1 hour, start the heat preservation function or manually lower the adhesive temperature to 125℃; More than 2 hours, stop;
- The rubber box and hose are recommended to be cleaned regularly with Bostik special cleaning agent, and refer to product MSDS before use.
